Called the Kennett Square office to get a hold-over supply of contact lenses until an opening for a checkup appointment at month's end. Dr. Sardella's receptionist said that my son's last appointment was a bit longer than a year back, and that no short term accommodation will be made. The receptionist preferred transfer of my business to another eye care center rather than provide conciliatory response to satisfy a customer until they had a timeslot for a visit.
