I wasn't able to get my S4 worked on but they answered all of my questions. I will come back in the future
Quality work and customer service. I'll be honest, the price for changing out my battery was quite a bit higher (~400 more for a battery change) than the typical shop that I go to for servicing my X5. It looks like services cost a bit more here, but the quality of work is also high.
Called and was told by Mike, who I believe is the owner, I would hear from him within the hour regarding a 65,000 service on my 2012 A4. That was a week ago. Don’t bother!
