Friendly staff. Bought car there and I got a free oil change and tire rotation. Quality service.
I took my F150 to Ford of Columbus due to a loud intermittent noise from the front of the vehicle. At first issue was miss diagnosed, and the repair did not fix the issue. I returned and explained the issue and from there Ford of Columbus was phenomenal, 100% owning up to the improper diagnosis and repair. They proceeded to fix the issue properly, provide a rental car, and reimburse me for the miss repair, as well as fixed a tire pressure monitor sensor which was failed free of charge. I’m a bit late on putting this on and I said I do it. A huge shout out to salesperson woods and the financial manager Adam. As a single father who had a repo finally happen and have been struggling to get everything where it should be Ford of Columbus really help out getting me in a good car.
