This is my recent experience with Leo Ford of Columbus. I had an appointment on April 20 at 8:00 am for my car to be worked on. I dropped it off on the evening of April 19. I called on Monday 20th and spoke with service technician because I needed a plan of when my vehicle was going to be done. She stated that she would update me when she knew something I heard nothing for 3 days so on Wednesday the 21st I reached out. I spoke with the service manager and explained my frustrations to him. Would not recommend. Salesman refused to talk about actual pricing of the vehicle, instead insisted on working on "what amount are you willing to pay monthly." After telling him a number he came in a whopping $1.72 under the monthly payment I stated I was willing to pay. I explained that I would be using the truck for work and would need the registration paperwork as quickly as possible.
