Just bought a 2024 used vehicle from these folks. Lee was our sales person. He won my business on my first visit there. I told him I didn't want to spend a lot time there and just needed information. He let me walk away after answering my questions and it only took 10 mins. I went to see a vehicle at another deership before returning, but I knew that I was going to make our purchace from Lee due to his respect for my time. Worthless service
I have debated for months if I was going to write this or not. I bought a car from them in October 24. two days after I bought it the check engine light came on, so I made an appointment for them to look at it. They said nothing was wrong with it. Fast forward a month later check engine light comes back on. Its my spark plugs, i change those continue to have problems and my check engine light comes back on, i return it to the dealership and they say its my catalytic converters... Last year I purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco new from this dealership. I would start by saying anyone looking to buy a new vehicle please avoid this dealership it has been the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a dealership. Shortly after buying the vehicle one of the windows malfunctioned and was down and unable to come up. Rendering the vehicle unusable until it could work, my wife called the dealership on four separate occasions and was told they would get right back to her or have a manager call her back.
