My family have been patients of Dr Renner for 23 years. When Paul Dessart retired, Dr Renner moved his practice to Macon. Since that time, no one at Dr Renner's new office ever answers the phone. I can only leave voicemail messages which are never returned. I cannot get my prescriptions authorized for refill, even after my pharmacy makes multiple attempts and I leave messages for Dr Renner's staff providing the my name, date of birth, phone number and name & dosage of the medication to be refilled. I have been a patient at Dr. Renner’s office for over 10 years. I truly liked him as a doctor but the wife he has that works there which is Stacey is so childish! I should have sensed this the first visit I had there. She came to me my very visit exposing their love life telling me all sort of things, like he’s my husband and he’s way older than me. Dr Renner just will not listen to his patients. He won't come near you and forget a thorough exam. Just go see a vet.
I have seen Dr Renner for about 20 years. I have always been able to get an apt on short notice. Sometimes it is hard to get a human on the phone but they have always called me back after I’ve left a message. He has always been receptive and caring on working with me to keep me well, physically (and mentally sometimes). When I’ve required specialists, they were able to reference me to those doctors and coordinated the initial apts. Got me to a cardiac doctor before I had a heart attack. Very thankful for his caring nature.
Terrible customer service. I can never get a hold of them. I have to continuously call until I finally reach someone then they don’t have a sense of urgency in getting things done.
Dr. Renner has helped my family a lot! He is extremely smart and very kind. His office staff is very nice. Stacey the nurse is the sweetest NP you will ever meet.

Awful staff, awful responses. They don't answer their phone, they don't respond to voice mails; worst experience I have ever had with an office staff and this is not the first time. How is this office still open with this unprofessional and uncaring staff?
