Installer Matt was excellent! He called when he was headed to our house. Arrived early and was done quickly. He showed me the operation of the keypad and helped me program it. Got my two new remotes and explained there was app I could also use. Hauled off the old equipment. Very satisfied.
After assessing the condition of our garage door system and even though it still worked fine, we decided to upgrade it to the 21st century. I started researching the various companies in Metro KC and found many. I observed many good and not so good reviews out there with other companies. Super please with the service. They were able to fit us into their schedule same day. Leon showed up as stated and did an excellent job replacing our spring. Never seen good quality work done in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
I was super happy with my representative Azaria from Renner. He walked me through design choices and gave me excellent detail concerning each of my options. I truly had one of the best sales experiences and am very excited to have the garage door installed.
