They showed up on time - they communicated well - they cleaned up after themselves. They did a fine job
After the initial appointment for measuring, I never got a call or an estimate. Called them on several occasions and the lady said that she would make sure to have someone call me back but no one still hasn't called me and it is not going on a month.
