I’d give zero stars if I could. I bought my car from Rennen march 31st and I’ve had nothing but issues with it. I had to pay to get my wastegate fixed 2 or 3 months into owning it. My check engine light turned on after that work got done and now I need an o2 sensor. I asked Dennis to order me an o2 sensor about two months ago and he failed to do so. I purchased a 2022 Nissan rogue a few months ago with no known issues disclosed. A few days later a warning started showing up on the dash of a transmission issue. After having Nissan inspect it, learned it needs a whole new transmission. Tried reaching back out to Rennen after learning about the transmission and nobody contacted us back. Very dishonest and very poor customer service! Will never buy from here again.
I've been getting my VWs serviced here for years, even purchased my current Sportwagen from them. Excellent family owned business. I never hesitate to send anyone I know here. The techs and owner are personable, skilled, and knowledgeable. My vehicle purchase was hassle free. The car I bought 2.5 years ago has been a gem! Needed nothing but regular maintenance.
Fantastic as always. Got my wife's car in for a radiator leak, replacement, AND sticker on short notice when it was practically a blizzard out. No complaints about it. Such great people there. Reliable and timely. Update: had to get my wife's car in for a look over due to some angry sounds it was making and they fit me right in. I love how they will spend the time with me showing me what's wrong and where it is. It shows they actually care.
