I dropped off my classic car that I've owned for 36 years off at Rennen. When I spoke with Chris, the owner he made all kinds of promises that he could get the car done in a timely manner. The process was painfully slow with excuses after excuses on why there wasn't more progress. After 2 and a half years I had enough. My wife and I went by the shop and spent 3 hours packing my dismantled car into our trailer. During this time Chris didn't say a word to us. Beware of having this shop do any work on a car that you care about.
Long story short, this is a phenomenal outfit. Not only are they exceptionally knowledgeable, they're also an honest family-run business. Longer version: I had a mysterious water leak coming into my GX 470. No one - and I mean no one - could figure out the source of the water leak. They figured out the issue, repaired it, and were more than fair on their price. If I have other auto-body related issues, they're the only group I'll use.
Chris and Team are the only ones I trust to work on any of my cars for the last 4 years. They do amazing work!
Rennen Autoworks made what would be a nightmare to fix in another auto shop a same day complete transformation. They conveyed an amazing customer service and all that at a very, very affordable price. They're great people and they gained a customer for life.
They helped me install some aftermarket parts on my car at a price that was affordable. They did flawless work, and far and away were the best communicators of any local body shop I reached out to. If I need this type of work done in the future, I know where I’m going.
