Staff are very kind and the appt was quick!
Update 4/1/25 A fortunate change to the office since my last visit is the return of Dr. V (who was out on maternity leave) to the practice and replacing the doctor from last June. Dr. V is great. Very sweet and communicative. I still don’t love the lack of front desk personnel and have to keep an eye on bills we receive but overall am relieved to have a full staff that I like and trust again. ——————— Update 6/27/2024 I am sad to report Dr. Dizon changed Renken locations. This is the worst clinic experience I had so far. I switched to Renken Dentistry for my annual. They told me my insurance should cover everything including X-ray so I got my teeth tested and cleaned. Today they called me saying Delta Dental denied their claim because of frequency of X -Ray. I checked EOB and it was because Renken took both panoramic x-ray AND a comprehensive set of x-ray. But insurance consider these as alternatives of each other and only cover either, annually. It is only 75 bucks I don’t care. But I don’t ... read more
