I started seeing Reni to get on top of a number of issues I began suffering post burn out including insomnia and anxiety. Along with the exercises and tasks to do outside of our weekly sessions, after 6 sessions I had made considerable progress in the right direction and am continuing to do so with the routines we put in place together. Reni has been amazing to work with and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

The best! As someone that has suffered with anxiety since being a teenager I have been to a lot of therapists, Reni has to be the best I have ever been to. She has given me tools to deal with anxiety and panic attacks that no one ever has. hypnosis is my new favourite thing and I have never felt so relaxed leaving every session. I would recommend anyone to go to Reni and I will never be able to thank her enough for how much she has helped me!
