I have enjoyed working with Yoko. As a therapist myself it’s not easy to find someone who can show up where you need them to but also from a place of unfamiliar ground. She stops me where I need to stop and she gently encourages me to go to where it’s uncomfortable. It’s where our growth and shifts wait for us. I would recommend Yoko to many. Especially those who are far along in their journey.
Being a therapist myself, it’s not easy to find someone you can work with that will challenge you, step outside the norm or go to places you’ve never been. My heart instantly gravitated towards Yoko and her natural authentic pure soul. Going places I’ve wanted to go that others could not get to. The time I spent with Yoko was so rewarding. Therapy can be scary, Yoko makes you feel right at ease. Yoko never makes you feel awkward or judged. She is bright and warm and has a gentle, kind approach that leaves you feeling like you can be open with her about anything. I absolutely recommend Yoko.
Yoko is an amazing counselor and human being. She has a natural ability to make you feel seen, heard, and welcomed. She makes it safe to show up to just as you are. She also has a beautiful ability to draw out the light in dark places. I would highly recommend Yoko!
