This super responsive, family -owned company has taken care of me for years going above and beyond and beyond to take care of an issue I had with my furnace. They also were able to repair my gas fireplace.
I have worked with Renhard repeatedly and have been thrilled with the timeliness for service calls and overall customer experience. Honest suggestions and repairs and I 100% recommend.
Very impressed. He showed up and professional, asked what was wrong with the thermostat I had. Told him I wanted different temperatures for different times of day. He then made my old one do just that. Walked me through how to set it and was done. The other guys said what he did was impossible. Scott saved me hundreds of $$. Very happy (all in ten minutes).
Exceptional customer service and great prices in comparison to other local companies. They are very easy to communicate with. They always answered the phone or texted or called back very promptly same day. They were very flexible and gave us several different options for the install of our mini-split system!
