This provide saw me for a first visit and didn’t even truly examine me. Said let’s schedule SI injection then he doesn’t fill the prior authorization correctly. They cancelled the injection day the night before. Even calling repeatedly asking for a plan or care or info on the appeal it took 3 months for this man to adjust the amount of medication he was going to inject for my prior authorization to go thru.
