Had a broken sun roof replaced in my daughters car, Leaks every time it rains, They wouldn’t fix it. So I will never let them work on anything again.

My back glass on our older Tahoe, was broken out. Long story short, the liability insurance wouldn’t cover it, so it was all out of pocket. I ended up calling Renfro’s after a Google search, and the ones here in town (Mt.Vernon) wouldn’t even call me back. So glad I did! I had wanted a new glass, but due to Covid they couldn’t get it. renfros painted an aftermarket rear diffuser for my 2018 Jeep GC Trackhawk and did a flawless job. They then did a flawless job installing the same piece and found awesome mounting clips to attach it properly. thanks to chris and renfros collision! scott
I took my car here after i was rear ended.. They did a great job! car looks great they handled everything with the other person's insurance company.. and super convenient having Enterprise on site... I highly recommend them...
I had a dent on my car and they done a great job repairing it I never had to wait that long either.I would recommend them to anyone.They were nice people to deal wirh.
I would definately recommend renfros. Had minor accident and insurance wanted to repair part and they worked with insurance company and got new parts. Hopefully i will not need to but if i ever need repair again i will go back there.
Once again they saved the day! The car slide in all the wet ground coming into the driveway and ended up with a wheel off into the culvert. Renfro's got it out and on the concrete in a jiffy. Best service anywhere!
I walked in and asked for a quote for my insurance because they asked me to receive two quotes. I was asked who my insurance was and when I told him State Farm he told me he couldn’t do anything they would do their own quote. I then said we called and talked with insurance and they told us to personally to get quotes and the response I received was I can’t help you I know more then you in a VERY rude matter. I don’t know if they are always that rude or if it’s because I am a women but they will NEVER have our service again.
