I travelled from Ottawa to Renfrew for day surgery, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I received at Renfrew Victoria Hospital. From the moment I arrived, every person I encountered was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. I was admitted to room 225. I have to give a HUGR shout out to nurses Sara, Neal and Christine. These nurses go above and beyond the call of duty. They are always smiling, polite and made my stay amazing. I would like to see RVH do something special for them. They really deserve some kind of accommodation! I was treated with respect at all times. If I needed a hug, my nurse gave me a hug. Except the male nurses naturally. Nurses on 3rd floor are so rude, I had to call the CEOs office twice to complain. I know nothing will be done about it which is very frustrating
