14 hours of waiting to see a doctor over the span of 1.5 days. I’m currently in the hospital, most of the nurses and doctors here are awesome! But I’ve been sitting here for almost 30 minutes crying because the nurse was not pleasent to me at all. I’m also screaming with pain I still have to wait 2 hours. Wouldn’t recommend

Staff here have no sense of urgency. Or priority. As someone who worked in the GTA hospitals throughout the pandemic, seeing nurses and doctors here alike, standing and slouching on counters while playing on their phones or at the standing terminals, is extremely disrespectful to the patients awaiting for their services. Posting a wait time does not excuse behaviour to goof off while on duty. I’ve waited more than an hour without seeing anyone in the exam room waiting on a vaccine. Came in as I fell down the stairs at home They took me in right away did all kinds of X-rays and scans turns out I had a broken wrist I am so thankful for the cleanliness, the organization, and the wonderful staff and doctor, who took care of me during my stay I can’t say enough about this Hospital thanks again to all the caring staff

I traveled to this hospital from Ottawa for a day surgery. The staff is phenomenal! They individually introduced themselves, explained their role, and asked if I had any questions. Very relaxing and welcoming place, especially when you're away from home.
