The rental property at 4017 5th NE is in terrible condition. They do nothing to clean or repair any part of the rat infested house, nor do they supply anything for the tenants to do so. They don't seem to vet any potential tenants, and they're incredibly unresponsive when any issue arises. Renfrew also constantly commits lease violations, I'm not sure how they're still doing business. Do not rent or buy from them.
I didn't have the displeasure to work directly with this office, but the people I bought my current house from went through this company. They worked with Aaron Renfrew. I'm all for protecting your client, until it costs a small family over $60,000 dollars just after purchasing a home. The full extent of the issues with our well were not disclosed. Talked to Angie and I THOUGHT she was helping me get into an apartment. She took our fees for 3 people applying then the next day told us someone signed the lease and told us to have a good one. Didn't give us another option. Just let us go. 1 star indeed.

I was stuck in a place for two years and there were multiple people who were there smoking in the house and out of the house. I had a room in the attic. They painted over black mold. I got bronchial spasms from living there I kept contacting them about the situation and nothing was ever done. I had to wait six months for my window to be replaced in the room it wouldn't close.
