I leave each session feeling lighter, more grounded, and encouraged. I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made and the support I’ve received—I couldn’t ask for a better therapist!
My therapist told me if I did not do my breathing exercises until my next visit he would no longer see me I don't think he cared for me much he told me in so many words he said that I talked to much I thought therapy was meant to talk about my problems he needs to go back to school and learn patience
