I went to this salon to get a simple one-month tanning membership before my wedding. When I signed up—two weeks before my wedding—I explicitly told the front-desk staff that I ONLY wanted a one-month membership. She nodded and said nothing to indicate otherwise. Despite that, I later discovered I was enrolled in auto-pay without my consent. Edit: The manager of this location spoke with me, and made me feel heard! She said they were going to look into the issue and make changes if necessary. Left feeling much better. Most of the time I enjoy this place. However, this location usually has very unprofessional staff (cropped clothing, facial piercings, foul language and very confrontational) and some of the beds are in bad condition. I try to avoid this location when possible due to these reasons but I will say they are very informative.
