staff is very unprofessional and the lack of communication within the staffs regarding pickups is not okay. My nephew was not picked a few times from school. A simple we forgot is no longer acceptable.
Sadly must agree with the other experiences, and it matches mine. Also found out their clinic director lost her license in Iowa for violating HIPAA. It is really hard to ever trust or recommend a place that would hire someone like that.
This people don’t actually care about their patients. The therapist my son was taking therapy with gave us a month in advance to find someone else, since she accepted a new position. The month in advance was so we can find someone with time and do the transition with a child to a new therapist. Next appointment after that, she was let go since they find her replacement already.
