I've never seen a mental health practice that cared so little about its patients. They are highly inflexible and perpetuate a take it or leave it attitude. As a mom who works full time and has two kiddos in services, that just doesnt work for us. After multiple unreturned phone calls asking for different scheduling due to conflict with school pickup, I finally pulled my kiddo from the practice. They have silly rules and signs posted in the waiting room, you can't leave the waiting room but they get onto you for taking urgent... read more
