I've never seen a mental health practice that cared so little about its patients. They are highly inflexible and perpetuate a take it or leave it attitude. As a mom who works full time and has two kiddos in services, that just doesnt work for us. After multiple unreturned phone calls asking for different scheduling due to conflict with school pickup, I finally pulled my kiddo from the practice. Please go somewhere else if you take your mental health seriously. If you want a qualified, reliable, honest, supportive therapist, please, don't go to Renewed Mental Health. These people have their own issues they need to sort out before trying to treat clients. It's unethical. I saw Angela Fenske and Matt Porte, both self proclaimed shamans. More like shams!!
