I withdraw my negative statement about Renewal Restoration. I just had a good conversation with Jason who is the owner of the company who is very willing to work with me and keep me informed about what is going on. This company was recommended by my HOA and Jason and I just had communication problems. I would recommend him to all of you checking this blog and my friends. He has integrity and is willing to work hard for you. He gets gold stars.
I am a Manager in a condominium that has over a 100 units. We used Renewal in the past, and they did well. Jason Ottsman was outstanding, however on this particular occasion we receive a project manager by the name of Jacob Maupin. This manager is never on time and residents have been most patient with his lack of professionalism. He hired outside contractors that he did not have a day to day relationship with so beers were drank, bathrooms were used, the wrong furniture was taken, the work wasn't monitored the way it should... read more
