This company is horrible. I've had an issue with a pipe leaking in my unit. All they did was ignore it. It took almost a month for them to come out and fix it. Once they opened up the wall it revealed tons of black MOLD. They decided to leave the mold and just cover it up with new dry wall. Also still haven't fixed the floor. They'll take your rent money but don't count on them to fix anything especially in a timely manner. Rent elsewhere.
Someone I know recommended I contact this company during my search for an apartment. I saw the listing for an apartment I was interested in, it was listed on their site as well as another as available. I called and spoke with a woman who said it wasn't but she could take down a bunch of information for the second floor in the same house (which was unfortunate because it was the same rental price as the first floor). She took my information and said a woman Desiree would call me to set up a viewing time for that apartment and... read more
