Gave a whirlwind of info while in the consultation, got us to sign to get stuff done and never warned us about the charge to cancel an appointment. They will make getting your stuff done cost more than you will have to pay to cancel the order if you aren't able to do it when they schedule. Only give them the method of reaching you that you want to be spammed, they don't care to see which is the best method if they have multiple. Totally took advantage of my mom. She wanted 2 windows... $12,000 for 2 windows. Yes I understand they are bigger windows but we just replaced ALL of the windows in our house, including 2 very large windows for $10,000. So 21 windows for $2000 less than her two windows. And they are ALSO the Renewal By Andersen windows.
Dylon is the best! Well spoken and well informed representative. Also, the patio doors by Anderson were much nicer than those offered at Costco by Marvin.
Dylan not only spent a couple hours going over our windows and door, then had to help me go through an incredible 2 week long process of changing the cash agreement to the really great zero interest 12 month loan program. While he was traveling '"upteen thousand miles from here to way over there" he still stayed in contact so I could complete and ACTIVATE my loan. No mean feat. Truly this took 2 weeks. Thanks to Dylan! This guy needs an assistant to help with the paperwork!
Its been over 10 years since I bought windows from this place. I saw a man walking around a couple of days ago with a flagger vest on. Someone with the same vest came to my door last night. He introduced himself and said he is with Renewal by Anderson. He said he noticed my windows have fiberglass exposed and the materials are cheap. He would like to help me with new windows.
