I had a sliding door replaced with French Doors, Great Job looks awesome and very convenient. The problem is with Financing specifically Greensky. When you call them for payments or change ACH they break your Confirmation number into three parts and in between giving you the parts the play a advertisement signing you up for ID Guard LLC at $44.99 a month. Consistently sends solicitors to my neighborhood knowing it's a "No Soliciting" area. There are signs at every entrance yet all of these solicitors seem to be blind. It's no wonder why they walk through all of our yards! When we confront them about the signs they say "Well, our boss sent us here." Grow a spine and think for yourself. I have not done business with this company and I cannot speak to the craftsman ship of their windows. I can say I will never work with them on such a product regardless of their quality or pricing. Their salesmen ignore no soliciting signs and tend to ring at the worst possible times ( 2pm nap time on a Saturday, 640 pm on a Tuesday while dinner is going). Respect signage and leave a card or something.

I have been trying to contact them since March right after install bc the door fram has a hole in it and now the screen door isnt working BUT no one answers or calls back im paying an enormous amount for wi dows and a door and there is no customer service, no help no warranty. What is going on here?!?!?!
