Would not let me attend a "new homeowners" event because I own a a home outside of Colorado and they do not serve that location. I even let them know that we would be purchasing a home within CO within 6 months (according to their policy) but that was unacceptable as well. I should not have received their mailer with false intensions.

Shop local! This company marks up the price on the same quality windows you can get for a fraction of the price! You don’t need to pay for their name when you can save thousands! Not to mention they send a door knocker to bang in my storm door, open that, bang on my main door and ring the bell. People have kids that nap in the middle of the day and they could not care less about being rude. Your door to door etiquette and strategy needs work. Why are your salespeople trained to knock on doors that specifically say no sales/soliciting? Also, why are your salespeople coming to new builds asking if we want windows? Definitely won’t be using your company if/when we need them in the future.

Posted directly on my Ring doorbell is a sign that states "No Solicitors". However, someone from Renewal by Anderson rang my bell today trying to pitch his products. When I asked him why he ignored the sign, his response was to show me his employee ID card (or equivalent), as if that somehow makes him NOT a solicitor. I explained to him that I would never do business with a business that, out of the gate, makes it clear they do not respect customers' explicit statement.
