Renewal By Anderson is a well oiled machine. Right from the beginning, headquarters set up an appointment with our sales rep, Mike. He was informative, knowledgeable & easy to talk with....a no pressure kind of guy. We liked that! We decided on 3 windows from RBA. Today a technician from Renewal by Anderson came to install a replacement screen. Jonathan was great. He was on time and was courteous and polite. He fixed a “bubble” in the corner of the screen and also helped to open the top windows that had sealed shut when we had them stained by a different contractor. We were very pleased.

Had new windows and patio doors installed by Renewal by Andersen and they look great. Dmytro and his crew of installers did a wonderful job. Everything was put in quickly and efficiently and all windows and doors sealed and cleaned. Also they removed all their trash. Everyone with the company was a pleasure to deal with having all calls returned quickly and all questions answered fully.
