RecommendedThe installation team just finished after working two days in the cold. They were the most professional craftsmen I’ve ever had working in our home. My wife wants to hire them to clean the house because they did such a meticulous job of keeping things clean while they worked! We had all the windows and a sliding door replaced. From initial contact to completion, the members of the RbA team were professional, on time and friendly to both people and dogs. The replacement windows fit perfectly and they look great! The salesperson called just hours after the team left to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction.

I purchased the windows in the spring. I received a call back to see if I was satisfied with the windows soon after the install. I told them that I didn’t “see” the installers put the winterizing materiel in the window but I would wait until the winter wind came before I took action. They sent someone out right away to check and showed me where it was done properly. And assured me that they would get back to me during winter to make sure I was comfortable with the job. I have had a few follow up encounters with Renewal by Andersen. Brian has been here twice. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. All of the techs that have been here for minor issues are wonderful. In fact, all of the employees that I have had contact with, have been wonderful. I highly recommend this company
