Anderson has always done an excellent job for us. We did have 1 window that was backordered and a broken screen door. Both of which I have already been in contact with the service team and will be having corrected as soon as possible. They are always really professional and leave the house as clean if not cleaner then when they got there.
I keep seeing commercials for Andersen Renewals that go out of their way to state how Andersen doesn’t use a high pressure sales technique. This is the exact opposite of what I experienced. I received a quote on windows in a house that I was living in. The house was owned by someone else and I was planning to purchase the home but knew it required updates (including windows) and I got quotes from several companies including Andersen, so I could have a better idea of what I was going to have to do in terms of updates.
