It was a great experience, the installation was very efficient with the team of Chris, Matt, Justin , Kan & Jesse! They work very well together and it really shows in the pride they put into their day& I enjoyed the banter!!
I would rate the inside installer ( Craig) a 5 out of 5. The windows are very nice. Craig did a nice job on the new inside trim. He was very polite. However, We had a lot of communication issues with this company ( not the installer). When ordering make sure you check your order and that all the hardware is ordered correctly ( same color). The stain matched great. (Not happy with the way the outside was caulked. Our painter agreed this was a poor job of caulking.)
