From beginning to end Renewal by Anderson Windows was flawless. From salesman Dave to Dave who took the measurements and Casper and Cody who installed. On time, polite, neat and clean. In September, Chris, Justin and Lincoln did an amazing job replacing two huge picture windows in our Whidbey Island home. The old windows had been put in in the '60's or '70's, so they didn't really know what they were going to run into about getting them dislodged and out of the walls. Everything was done professionally and smoothly, and there's not a day that goes by that we don't stop to admire the details of our backyard that we couldn't see very clearly before! David and Dan were very organized, punctual and precise with my installation (A personal thank you to David for asking me how I wanted final cut and design of trim.) Ryan & Lincoln just left our home after installing 4 Windows on upper floors on a split level home. The 2 Windows in living room had a difficult /tight corner and rather then rushing it on day one ( whi ch was at least 10 hour day) they came back next day and spent an additional 6+hours making sure the seal and seams were flush and tight, Windows and trim perfectly aligned in an open corner that was difficult.My engineer husband would notice if even a fraction off!They were both timely, very polite and friendly and left not ... read more
Colin and Paul did a terrific job installing our new windows. They are great guys, very polite and pleasant. You could tell they really enjoy their job and they work very well together. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and attention to details. This is the second round of windows we have had replaced by Renewal by Anderson and have been 100% satisfied with their quality and people working there.
We now have a beautiful glass sliding door thanks to Ryan and Lincoln! Hope to see them again!
Ryan and Lincoln were hard-working, friendly, and knowledgeable - great experience! Really appreciated how accommodating they were to move the truck for me, and put up with our barking dog all day. :)
David S. and Jerry were amazing during the addition of 10 windows and a new 8' door in our charming but quirky 1918 house. The house threw them some curveballs which they handled with professionalism and skill. They were pleasant, informative and as neat as possible during what is unavoidably a messy job. We really appreciated their efforts, are loving our new windows/door and thank them for working around the other contractors (kitchen remodel at the same time!) and our large curious dog.
