The team was very prompt and professional and Jake was extremely helpful. Our house looks like a new home. The windows are so beautiful and my family can tell the difference in temperature. Thank you RBA for a positive experience.
We had a lot of windows to replace. I was amazed at how much they got done on the first day. It was all complete the second day. Hunter's team was friendly, quick and efficient. We love our new windows. They look great, are easy to open and really block outside noise.
We had four new windows installed today by Brian Moore and his crew. It was quite an operation to witness. They did an excellent job from start to finish, and I am so happy with our new windows!
From the time we met with the Andersen sales person to the final finishing touches, the Anderson people kept us abreast of every step. On the day of installation, Jake and his team arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous. I was amazed how fast the windows were installed and how well everything was cleaned up. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new windows. The house is so much quieter and the windows look beautiful inside and out.
Jake and his team installed my windows today and I couldn’t be happier. They were professional and finished the job in a timely manner. In the end, he explained the details of how the windows were maintained. I never felt like they were slacking or rushing thru the job. Thanks, Jake!
Our installation team was fantastic! "Jake" was very professional and got the job done with his team working together and getting the windows installed without any issues! Think the guy outside name was Philip very careful about the mud and being clean. It had just finished raining the night before, they were very careful not to step on and mess up any of the flowers/bed. I cannot wait to have our second phase done! Thank Thanks Jake!
Love our new windows! Brian Moore and his install team did an outstanding job of installing them and they look great! They explained each type of window and how they work as well as how the screens can be removed! The install process went smoothly and they thoroughly cleaned up! I would give all a 5 plus rating! And, a thank you to Eric Barlow for his detailed initial consultation!
Brian M and his crew delivered a professional, detailed installation of about 20 windows at our home in the Stone Oak area. They worked long hours at a brisk pace to get the job done. All three of them were polite and professional. RbA windows are not cheap but the quality of both the windows AND the installation left us very happy with our investment.
