First, creating a whole separate window division of their company to handle replacing existing windows in southern Maine homes is our specialty. Workers are great windows are great office bites the big one. I better hope nothing ever goes wrong with this windows. I can see I won't get help if you can't help with little things like a handle how can they help with something big.

Heidi came out to see us at a time convenient for us, gave a great demonstration, and helped guide us through the decisions we had to make. We also set up an anticipated install date that met our needs; she kept us informed right up until installation time. When it was show time, Nick came out and did the job in 3 days (which we are shocked, we thought it would be more like 4-5). Peter came to our house today for an estimate to replace 10 windows, his presentation was very informative and he is very knowledgeable about the product. Peter was personable and the meeting was enjoyable. Although the estimate was higher than my husband or I had expected, the fact that they FULLY guarantee their windows and the labor costs for 20 years goes a long way with us. We don’t want to ever have to replace our windows again.
