People not calling back. Dates that were not right. Messed up info to the HOA. Conflicting info about space requirements. Ghosting me if I dare to ask questions. Not calling back even fir dropped calls. The windows have a great reputation and I went for it once I found someone at the company that helped deal with the other groups. A couple of years ago we replaced all of our windows with Renewal by Andersen so when I was considering replacing our entry door, they were my choice once again. What a fantastic choice it was. The best in class level of quality, craftsmanship and professionalism from day one is astounding. Dave and Jacob were incredibly professional and absolute masters of their trade.
