Sales. Rep was very personable and very informative. Took her time and showed us various window styles. She helped us pick the best Picture window for our home. Install date was given and the Installers arrived on time and installed windows with their expertise. They showed us how to open the picture window and close and lock it. I am very happy with all my windows and glad I saw the Tv ad For Anderson Windows.
From the salesman right through to the installation the staff was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We replaced old wooden French doors with sliding patio doors and even though there were unforeseen issues all turned out well in the end. Thanks to the installers for a job well done. Renewal by Anderson will be our first choice and recommendation in the future!

I have been wanting to change my front bow window for some time now for cosmetic reasons and also because two of the panes losing gas. I saw the commercial on TV and decided to call for a consultation. Within minutes I received a call and an appointment was set up with a very efficient and knowledgeable sales rep, Andrea Gizzo. I can't say enough about any of their employees right down to the installation people. They were prompt and everything was left just as they found it. Thank you very much.

Mike did a great job replacing my old picture window with three double-hung. He also installed a new exterior cornice I had purchased a while back, but never installed. His attention to detail is above and beyond expectation. His meticulous craftsmanship is superior, and greatly appreciated. I no longer have to worry about leaking or rotting windows. And everything looks terrific. Thanks Mike!
