We got our new windows installed about a month ago and we love them! The sales rep was very informative and made sure all of our questions were answered about the products, intillation, and financing. The installation ended up happening almost a month ahead of the estimated time frame. The installers were very professional and respectful of our house. Renewal by Anderson was a delight to work with. Our design consultant Doug Jones was very professional and thorough with his explanation of product options and with financing options. It took approximately 2 months for our order to be delivered and only 2 days to completely install and take away the old windows. The installers were polite and professional. Renewal by anderson refuses to work with contractors, and then quotes home owners exorbitant prices. I'm a contractor and home owner, and was quoted $54,000 for 7 windows. Competitors offered reasonable prices around $10k. Don't trust this people, they're strong arming people who don't know how much construction should cost.
We are more than pleased with the service from Renewal By Andersen of MT. Our new basement windows are fabulous, so easy to open and close. Cleaning them is a breeze! Our new door is just great, such a beautiful color and when closed the seal is so nice!! Everyone has been very communicative and helpful!
