Wow. The most amazing company we have ever worked with. From the bid, to the office communication to the installation. A+ all the way. Our home was built in 1890 and we were not sure what was in store for us once they started. We were assured " not to worry " as they own it once they start the installation. And they did just that. First of all my rating and review is based on the quality of the product and the service. We replaced all of our windows in our upstairs including living room, all bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. We got the bay window for our living room and very much enjoy it. The window quality thus far seems great. The problem is with the two doors we had replaced. One in our living room which the door itself is nice but the lock is very annoying. It locks by putting your hand over the outside sensor. Seems like a great and easy concept ... read more
