Called Renewal by Anderson in Cranford New Jersey to get a quote for my parents house. The sales girl wouldn’t even talk to me since i wasn’t the owner of the house. They also required all owners of the house to be present for the quote, which is just ridiculous. After telling them I wasn’t interested due to these requirements they then proceeded to call me 3-4 times a day until I requested to be taken off of their call list. Do not recommend at all.

We have found in the past that given the nature and scope of these types of remodeling projects, it's often helpful to have every homeowner present at the consultation, however, it is not required. Our team is looking into the miscommunication by our rep to make sure it doesn't happen again in the future. My sincerest apologies and thank you for considering us.
RecommendedWe had Renewal by Anderson replace all of our builder grade windows about 10 yrs ago. In one day they had every window and inside and out trim replaced. They offered exceptional service and product quality. Since then we had an addition and the basement finished with what we thought would be of similar quality door walls from a box store. They were not of the same quality. Our 2 new Renewal by Anderson door walls are amazing. Purchased my windows and door about a year ago. My door started having issues so called to have it looked at. The guy who came out said it’d be fixed in 2 weeks. That was in July. I’ve called numerous times to be told, “a few more days” to “I’ll find out what’s going on and call you back today!” Two months later, my door is still not fixed and I’m still waiting for a call back.
