RecommendedI can’t say enough good things about Renewal by Andersen. From sales rep to installers. They were efficient, conscientious and so pleasant to work with. I felt safe and relaxed with the whole process. This includes the office staff. Love my windows. Have used the Anderson windows for many years. But this service was my best.

1. Sexist and antiquated business practice of requiring both husband and wife to be present for a quote. It’s 2020 not 1950 Andersen. 2. The “if you sign today” discount. If you can do it for that price today, you can do it for that price tomorrow. Are you that afraid of someone getting a bid from your competition? Very disappointed with communication after the sale. When measurements were completed, we were supposed to get a call with an estimated install date. No one called. We sent a follow-up thru the My Project tool and still no one called. On Tuesday, we get a text saying installation would be Thursday. We called the salesman, who said he would call back the next day. He did not call. You would think confirming the installation date works for a homeowner would be extremely important.
