We got our windows back in September 2019 and I’ve had to request replacement screens and window (4 times) due to damage from installers. I’ve had Mike Out here multiple times on top of contractors and still I have a hole in my screen. The customer service has been awful to us and won’t call us back (today will be my third call/message) We spent a large amount on these windows and I wish we would of went with another company
RecommendedThere were a few logistical problems, but it was a large project (all my windows and a patio door) and each issue was more than satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner. The installation crew of Nathan, Josh and Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and paid attention to detail. I could not have asked for a better installation crew.
they replaced our screened porch with beautiful new windows making it a 3 season room with an amazing clear view of the back of our lot. also replaced a kitchen window that looked onto sunroom. the window will allow us to pass stuff back and forth when company comes. plus its a clearer view. prompt, courteous, knowledgable, Great Product. Job well done!
The windows are high quality. The installers were very knowledgeable and good.
Just had a 22 year old patio door replaced. In addition to being well priced and high quality, the installation team was amazing! It was a big job but they were efficient and thorough. They left my house cleaner than it was. I highly recommend this company!

Need a patio sliding glass door. The door we selected was exactly what we were looking for. Very pleased with the construction and the installation process. Installing the door took no time. I just wanted to let eveyone know that we are very pleased with this company.Pam Huff did a great job with the consultation process. She was very friendly and had great decorating ideas with helping us choose colors and styles. We can't say enuf positives about our Renewal by Andersen products and the crew who installed. We have had this product in our house for 12 years and the windows are as good as new. We wanted to replace our old original sun room windows. The crew was excellent accommodating us with very cold weather and the windows have perceptively reduced drafts and increased the warmth in an area with lots of windows. Nice!! .
