This install was unfortunately a very bad experience. They called to tell me they were done early and could arrive at my house at 10:40 instead of 12, I couldn’t be home until 11:30 so we agreed upon 11:30. I finished my errands with my three small children early to be home at 11:30 and they didn’t show up until 11:50. He did not introduce himself just came inside and showed me what they would be doing and then explained they would be taking a lunch break and then get started. We had Renewal by Anderson install a new entry door and replace an old garden window. The Installers, Alex and his crew were great from the prep of covering with plastic to the final cleanup with vacuum and mop. The door and window are just what we wanted and the install was smooth. They were polite and informative. Very professional. They definitely deserve the 5 stars. Our entire experience with Renewal by Anderson was first class.
The install team did a great job
The gentleman that came out to put our Windows in were terrific. They cleaned up. They were efficient and they took their time and they explained everything very polite. Best of all, they made our house look 100% better. We greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!
