Definitely would not recommend this company. We chose Renewal by Andersen because their whole concept is a quick and easy installation that *should* be much easier than hiring a contractor. After all we've been through with this company, a contractor would have been better. First, Brett Neilsen of the central Texas sales office met with us on February 5, and sold us on the idea that this would be the easiest, most streamlined way of putting a door in where a window used to be in our home.
