The people at Andersen kept in telephone contact every step in the order, delivery, and installation process. The installation, done by James and Bill, was top quality and totally professional.
Installers arrived right on time, actually called a little early to let me know they were on the way. They went right to work, and had the job completed before noon. They completely cleaned up the areas, and even took a look at a window that had been installed previously, that was not operating smoothly. The problem was reported and two business days later, the repair technician was scheduled to come and correct the problem. There are less expensive windows, but the support is unlike any competitor.
The entire process was amazing until the installers arrived to install the windows. A husband and wife showed up and once everything was set up for the windows to be installed, the guy noticed a problem, he said the windows were a different size, after roughly three phone calls, he informed us that they were correct. Finally, we are now the proud owner of Anderson windows. No complaints, no issue with their product and staff. Overall, professional and friendly at each and every layers - Sales, Service and Installers. We noticed the differences very next day at our usually hot spots in the house. In addition, we can't really hear the outside road noise. The finished windows seems to improve our curb appeal. Plus, our kids enjoyed their new window too. Thank you, Ha Family
As we anticited the installers arrival, I was nervous. We never had some many windows replaced in one day, but the guts were very professional and courteous and explained the process as they went along keeping us in the loop which made everything run quickly and smoothly. The finished product was mind blowing. We are extremely satisfied with results. These windows make our home look brand new. Thank you RBA.
After a lengthy process, we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement with this company. Be very careful about buying replacement windows from this company. The salesman assured us that they could match our exsisting windows exactly. This is far from what was installed. The manager has been very slow to adjust our sizable bill to reflect their mistake OR misrepresentation.
