We just had our windows and door from Renewal by Anderson installed. Jorge Perez and his team did an excellent job with the installation. Beto and his install team did a wonderful job installing our six windows. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They explained the install process and how long it would take. They covered everything to minimize dust and cleaned up when they were done, removing all the old windows and debris. Josh and Martin came out to fix an incorrectly installed screen door. They communicated well as to their arrival time, they identified the problem immediately and fixed it promptly. Most importantly, they reached out to Anderson to let them know about the incorrect installation so that it doesn’t happen to others in the future!!!
