I finally got my broken window fixed after almost 3 months. When the installer arrived he was surprised that the window was totally broken out after I had told everyone I talked to I had a big hole in the back of the house so it was passed along I simply had a cracked window instead of a big hole where it was totally broken out. I had all 12 windows replaced about 2 1/2 years ago and love the windows. Early January someone threw a brick into one of the windows only to find out it was going to take 8 to 10 weeks to replace the one window that is broken. The new window is to be in next week and could take another 3 weeks to get it installed. Even though I have it boarded up it's still a safety hazard and we have had some cold weather with ice, snow and rain. I am very irritated that it takes that long to get one winow replaced.
