Brian Stout was prompt, courteous and there were no hidden gimmicks. He knew his products very well and explained the whole process in great detail. The pricing was easy to understand, he offered us great sale incentives and they even have an inhouse financing option so you do not need any money down at all. They lived up to their adds and exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to get our new windows, they will be so much more energy efficient and easier to clean.
We really enjoyed our experience thus far with the Andersen team. All aspects of our upcoming window replacements were so explained as to leave us with very little questions. We are so excited to see our future job completed and will enjoy the added living experience these windows will bring for years to come. Our appointment with Luke Songer was more than we expected. We had many questions for him regarding the window product available for our house and the type of product as well as the manufacturing process. He was knowledgeable about the product and even showed us a video which went over the manufacturing process and had a sample of the window which revealed the ease of cleaning it. The response from the company was quick, and Andy, the consultant who came to talk to us about the options for our replacement windows, was very knowledgeable and very nice. We did not feel pressured in any way, and enjoyed working with him as we made our design decisions.
Crew leader, Jim gave us a courtesy call about 20-minutes before he arrived. He and his team were very professional and pleasant to talk with. Jim explained in great detail how to operate the new windows and stressed the one thing that most customers forget about the upper sash after it is tilled. GREAT JOB!
Our salesman Dave came out and gave a very complete view of a new window, the materials it is made of and what to expect if we decided to purchase their product. He answered all questions while not pushing us to commit to buying a new window. We had no intention signing a contract that night but in the end we decided to do it. The quality of the product in comparison to other manufactures is incredible. Small details makes a difference and worth the money. Installation is a key too. Two thumbs up!
