We had Windows replaced by Solvay Glass and I'm very pleased! We first dealt with Matt and he was very informative and professional. Phil, Randy and Patrick did the installation. They were all very courteous, respectful and helpful. They worked quickly and efficiently. I love the new Windows and I would recommend Solvay Glass to anyone that's in the market for replacement Windows.
My husband and I had a sliding glass door installed back in December and we have had nothing but problems with the physical door, installation, and customer service. I have had to call so many times and they are never on top of anything for us. Currently, our sliding glass door lock has been broken for almost 3 1/2 weeks and they aren't replacing the part until next week!!! I will never do service with them again. I just don't understand why a company like Solvay Glass wouldn't put their customers first?
Solvay glass is very professional at what they do they are good at what they do they are efficient and love their customers
Superb customer service and reliable products no wonder it's been around for over 50 years...
Greg, window rep, spent a few hours with us today and we'll be replacing some windows in a few weeks. Have used some of their services in the past and always found the business to be customer-friendly. Plus we're supporting local business!
