I believe Renewal has great clinicians, I worked with one that wasn’t a great fit but I’m going to try others. However, their office experience and front desk assistance is very poor. The front desk representative has a consistently negative demeanor and has been difficult to work with. For a counseling center, front desk care is the first contact someone struggling has with the office. I have been very disappointed in the customer service here.
I've met and consulted with Amy Harshman several times in the last couple years. Amy and her team care deeply about the needs of their community and investing in the clients they work with. They are top on my list of places to refer to!
I cannot say thank you enough to Abby Breece. We have been working together for over a year, and I have seen tremendous growth in my life during this time. Abby artfully holds nonjudgmental space, while still encouraging me to view my situation from different perspectives. Our times together are a highlight of my weeks. I always leave refreshed, peaceful and empowered to continue unraveling my inner work. Abby, thank you for all you do!
