Nice people working at this place. Get a load out of here take 1 hour loading .
Unfortunately this company does not train their tech support team on their equipment. Had an issue with their gas duct heaters and tech support stated they’d never seen the equipment before and could only provide a wiring diagram and I/O manual. Do your research before spending tens of thousands on this equipment. There are more supportive manufacturers than RA.
