Al hooked me up with a Mac Mini after mine went down in the middle of a heavy work week. Picked it up locally, same day as inquiry, swapped hard drives and was up and running again in short order. A solid machine at an excellent price. My 3rd purchase from Renewable, brother's ThinkPad still going strong after 4 years! Highly recommended!
Recently purchased a Lenovo T400 from Al, had issue but is getting resolved, other than that no other issues. great prices for laptops, i will definitely buy another one from Al if i need another one
I was looking for a computer for general personal uses. I was pretty decided on a Macbook and I found out RTR had a good selection. This place is awesome. They have parts computers and fully restored as well. The guys are super nice and were willing to negotiate on price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality computer.
I want to first off thank Alain Lemieux from Rtr for not only looking at my old laptop but giving me a fair and honest assessment on the damage. My old laptop was dead and if i had had it repaired it would have just cost me more out of my pocket in the end. I purchased a used IBM Lenovo ThinkPad that had Ubuntu on it and after I got home realized I needed help getting Windows 7 on it. Al said bring it right down and we will put Windows 7 on it. I got it back a few days later. As good as new and very fast!
I needed a great laptop for an affordable price in a hurry. Not only did they deliver on that but their customer service was exemplary. I left happy n smiling three days ago. Thanks guys!!! I can polish up my resume now.
I have had my computer repaired at RTR and have also bought a new lap-top for my niece from them ....very satisfied.. friendly bunch of guys that know their stuff.....
