Empty promises and no response. Didn't respond to a demand letter from our lawyer to get our solar system reinstalled after an installation caused roof leak. Won't respond to calls, texts, or emails. Horrible customer service. I had to find another company to reinstall and get my system operational. I would not recommend this company.
Installation and everything went great. I have been calling and emailing Renewable Resources to try and get the info for the tax rebate and they have not called me back or emailed me back. The number listed on google goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full.
Solor installed in November Not approved yet for use Have tried to get a hold of installers by email and phone for three months since utah power hooked up in December Everbright has tried to contact them as well with no response. We are being referred to a new installer Do not use this company due to horrible service and no contact or follow up
