I’ve gotten Botox for over two years and have never had a bad experience until recently when Renew You Medi Spa went under new management and moved locations and Lori left. I in good faith continued service here and am beyond disappointed that I did. The lack of courtesy, the disregard, and the lack of accountability is astounding for a medical practice. An amazing place! Dr Marcy and Kalina do fabulous work with filler and toxin getting rid of my wrinkles. I look and feel younger. The ladies at the spa are so friendly and professional.
Warning to all this is not the renew you med spa that was in Uniontown. It is by far a complete fraud. I went to my appointment and the person that usually injects me was no longer there I was not told this upfront I ended up getting Botox I have had droopiness in my eyes And had to see an ophthalmologist for it I declined the filler when the person that walked in was not my usual injector.
