I was ghosted by the owner in the consultation stage after sending pics of my tattoo and inquiring about the removal process. On the phone, she said we can set up an in person meeting after I sent pictures and we chat about what the process will be like, but after I followed up about setting up a meeting, I’ve still never heard from her. Super weird. Also she answered the phone saying “hello???” Instead of “thanks for calling Renew You Laser” or anything professional like that. Super strange interaction. Amazing services offered! I do laser hair removal with Marlen and she is incredible. I’ve seen the biggest difference in the hair growth, I couldn’t recommend the Manor studios more. A one stop shop for all your beauty needs!
